Operation and maintenance for your PV system
A PV system should generate power for twenty years and more. We maintain, inspect and look after existing commercial PV systems – including those built by others – and take care of their operation so you can take care of yours.
What we take on
Maintenance
Visual inspection of modules, mounting structure, cable routes and inverters, checks of connections and protective devices, cleaning as required.
Inspections
Periodic inspections of the electrical installation under DGUV Regulation 3 (German statutory accident insurance) and DIN VDE 0105-100, measurements and documentation to DIN EN 62446-1.
Fault clearance
Remote and on-site fault finding, replacement of defective components and coordination with the manufacturer where warranty or guarantee applies.
Asset management
Yield monitoring, contact with the network operator and the direct marketer, filings in the Marktstammdatenregister (national register) and documentation that holds up when the operator changes or the plant is sold.
Monitoring in the customer portal
We connect your systems to our customer portal via the interfaces of the inverter and data logger manufacturers. There you see yields and the current status of your systems at a glance, together with contracts and documents.
Status today: the Huawei FusionSolar connection is live for some of the systems we manage; further manufacturers and data loggers are being added. Which connection is possible for your system is clarified during the initial survey.
Experience
Today we look after several commercial PV systems under ongoing maintenance and asset management contracts. As a licensed electrical contractor we carry out testing and documentation ourselves. Completed systems

Scope of services and inspection intervals to suit the system, at a fixed price.

Takeover
Set up monitoring, take over access credentials, resolve open points from the initial survey.

Ongoing operation
Maintenance and inspections at the agreed intervals, faults handled when reported, reports to you.
